At Zenva Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance ride. If your electric scooter isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your scooter to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Scooter
Securely pack the scooter in its original box with all chargers, manuals, and tools included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the electronic components and structural integrity, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
